Jibajaba Limited utilises only top-rated radio technology to provide robust, flexible, secure Bluetooth Systems, designed for real-world applications. But in addition to top-rated hardware, we offer various pre- and post-sales services to ensure that the systems we supply meet our Customers’ requirements and continue to do so:
1. Pre-sales consultancy. This consists of an iterative process whereby we bring our knowledge of Bluetooth systems and their practical use and match this to your application needs. This allows us to end up with a proposed system and services plan, which will deliver the benefits that you as a Customer are looking to achieve from the use of the system in the field. Jibajaba makes no charge for pre-sales consultancy.
2. Training. A tailored training plan is agreed at the same time as the design of the system. The training typically includes the use and management of the system, along with advice about content. Detailed documentation is supplied as part of the training package. Training usually takes place on a Customer’s premises, but we can arrange for off-site training if necessary. If the Customer has its own Training department, we are happy to “train the trainer,” especially for ongoing support after the initial training.
3. Ongoing Support. Once the Bluetooth systems have been in use for some time, other applications may emerge that you feel could benefit from using Bluetooth but need some help in making it happen. We offer Consultancy on a daily basis to sit down with you to understand the new area, then go away, do the relevant research and come back with a written response.
4. Software Maintenance. All of the systems supplied by Jibajaba come with three years’ software maintenance. This means that you can keep your product up-to-date with updates and upgrades when necessary.
5. Hardware Warranty. All systems supplied by Jibajaba come with 3 years’ hardware warranty. This means that if your equipment fails, it will be repaired at no cost. Under the standard warranty, the Customer is responsible for returning the equipment to us for repair and will be without it while repairs are taking place. For some applications this might not be desirable and we offer options tailored to the specific requirements of Customers.
6. Rental Service. Jibajaba offers a rental service of a basic system in a robust box for Customers who may need, say, an extra system for a short period of time. It could also be used by potential Customers to evaluate Bluetooth systems in a particular situation.
