Jibajaba Diversity and Equality

Bluetooth Systems can be used in many areas to assist organisations in getting messages across to their targeted audience in a flexible, innovative way. The flexibility also means that Bluetooth systems can complement and reinforce your existing Diversity and Equality strategy:

1. Age. The content of the message can be tailored to the target audience, e.g. the language used and the style of the message could be aimed at any age group. However, younger people have embraced mobile phones and Bluetooth as an integral part of their lifestyle, so it is particularly relevant to them.

2. Disability. A multimedia approach has been taken for some time to help people with various types of disability to communicate more effectively and Bluetooth systems can handle all the media types used.

3.Ethnicity. Bluetooth messages can be sent in any language, style or format, thereby engaging particular ethnic minorities.

4. Gender. Since men and women carry mobile phones, the messages can be received equally by both groups as well as being tailored to one or other if required.
